Full-Time Aesthetics Sales Representative

Air-Tite Products is seeking a motivated, talented individual who possesses the skill set to advance the Aesthetics market as our new Aesthetic Sales Representative. This position will be critical in helping to continue the positive momentum experienced over the last several years.

Air-Tite has been in business since 1926.  We specialize in the importation, distribution, and sales of specialty hypodermic products for the human healthcare, animal health, and laboratory industries.  A small company, located in beautiful Virginia Beach, VA, we are seeking to expand our team by adding talented, innovative contributors. 

 

What you’ll do:

  • Primarily responsible for the sales and marketing of our aesthetics products
  • Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
  • Manage a portfolio of products related to target market
  • Identify new customer targets, develop appropriate messaging for selective marketing
  • Identify gaps in product portfolio, evaluate potential suppliers to fill gaps
  • Identify, schedule, and attend relevant tradeshows
  • Create and operate within budget to achieve objectives
  • Research market trends and provide updates to management team
  • Identify new potential customers or partners
  • Work with and train Customer Service representatives to develop appropriate messaging regarding products and promotions
  • Develop, forecast, and track customer metrics
  • Coordinate efforts with members of the Sales and Marketing team
  • Work with team and external resources for marketing materials, advertisements, and similar
  • Will be trained to utilize CRM system
  • Travel to attend multiple (6-10) Tradeshows per year
  • May require limited international travel for suppliers or customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, regulatory information, and quality surveys

 What you’ll bring (Minimum Requirements):

  • College degree or equivalent
  • 3  years Aesthetics experience (sales/ marketing/ injector/ trainer)
  • Must be a team player
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Possess ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and propose strategies
  • Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Candidate should be comfortable speaking with professionals in all positions
  • Current passport or ability to obtain passport. REAL ID needed for air travel.

These would be nice too (Knowledge Skills and Abilities):

  • Competent experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to communicate professionally with refined presentation skills and public speaking with customers, partners, and executive leadership.
  • Ability to anticipate and critically think through problems
  • Bilingual Spanish would be an advantage

Full-Time Healthcare Accounts Representative

Air-Tite Products is searching for a Key Accounts Manager for our distribution network. We are seeking a motivated, talented individual who possesses the skill set to advance the Healthcare market as our new Healthcare Accounts Representative.  This position will be critical in helping to continue the positive momentum experienced over the last several years.

Air-Tite has been in business since 1926.  We specialize in the importation, distribution, and sales of specialty hypodermic products for the human healthcare, animal health, and laboratory industries.  A small company, located in beautiful Virginia Beach, VA, we are seeking to expand our team by adding talented, innovative contributors. 

What you’ll do:

  • Primarily responsible for the Human Healthcare distribution network.
  • Account management of multi-million-dollar distribution network for the assigned marketing verticals.
  • Expand portfolio of products carried by each distributor
  • Evaluate distributor pricing and adjust as necessary.
  • Identify gaps in product portfolio and identify potential suppliers to fill gaps.
  • Propose budget for covered accounts annually.
  • Work with Key Accounts to develop relationships, troubleshoot any issues, identify gaps in product purchases, offer ongoing support to field salesforce, establish pricing, create relevant marketing material, and expand offerings.
  • Evaluate potential new distribution partners and establish pricing.
  • Work with and train Customer Service representatives to develop appropriate messaging regarding products and promotions.
  • Manage projects for large-scale opportunities and custom solutions.
  • Coordinate efforts with members of the Sales and Marketing team.
  • Utilizes resources to generate marketing material and messaging.
  • Utilize Financial, Inventory, and CRM system to generate various reports.
  • Travel to attend multiple (6-10) Tradeshows or sales meetings
  • May require limited international travel for suppliers or customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, regulatory information, and quality surveys

 What you’ll bring (Minimum Requirements):

  • College degree required, MBA or equivalent in experience valued.
  • 3 years of experience in sales, key accounts, marketing, or product development
  • Must be a team player
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Possess ability to generate reports, analyze market data, identify trends, and propose strategies to senior management.
  • Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Current passport or ability to obtain passport.  REAL ID needed for air travel.

Air-Tite Products is seeking a team player to join our solid warehouse group.

Air-Tite has been in business since 1926.  We specialize in the importation, distribution, and sales of specialty hypodermic products for the human healthcare, animal health, and laboratory industries.  A small company, located in beautiful Virginia Beach, VA, we are seeking to expand our team by adding talented, innovative contributors. 

What you’ll do:

  • Accurately collect merchandise through warehouse to fulfill orders
  • Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return
  • Inventory counts at defined time intervals
  • Identify missing or damaged materials and report to team leader
  • Manage inventory with care
  • Comply with all company policies
  • Assist with training of new employees
  • Scan product labels to ensure accuracy
  • Prepare packages for shipment, verifying accuracy of products and shipping addresses
  • May be assigned a specific product group to manage inventory FIFO – First In First Out
  • Placement and organization of stock items and reserve inventory
  • Load and unload cargo trucks and containers for shipping and receiving
  • Ability or willingness to operate forklift (training available if needed)
  • Punctuality and dependability for 8:30 – 5:00 shift M-F
  • Keep work area clean and organized per general housekeeping guidelines
  • Follow safety protocols
  • May be asked to direct activities of temporary employees on an as-needed basis
  • Additional duties as requested by team leader or management

 What you’ll bring (Minimum Requirements):

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent.  College level courses, additional training or coursework is a plus.
  • Must be a team player, willing to provide feedback and receive constructive criticism
  • Should have a Quality oriented mindset, focused on customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a positive attitude
  • Ability to work on feet for 8 hours per day and carry loads up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team safely and effectively
  • Ability to problem solve 
  • Provide a high level of communication with team members and team leader
  • Basic level computer literacy and technology skills
  • Ideal candidate has between 5-15 years of warehouse experience.

  • Knowledge of FIFO system
  • Forklift Certified
